Harm to Ongoing Matter transforms the Mueller Report, a symbol of political upheaval, into a conceptual and minimalist art book that examines the fragility of truth in a post-truth era. By selecting twelve pages for their redacted graphics, we remove all text, isolating the black boxes as intentional visual forms. Without their original context, these shapes become reflections on censorship, secrecy, and the selective construction of truth.

The work studies how form, structure, and meaning intersect. The black boxes act as compositions of balance, rhythm, and negative space, exploring the visual weight of absence. These voids are as intentional as the spaces that define any structure. Redaction becomes not erasure, but a generative act that holds its own presence and meaning. What is withheld shapes what remains.

In a time when truth is contested and information weaponized, Harm to Ongoing Matter stands as both critique and resistance. Absence is never neutral; it is an active, volatile space where power resides and demands attention. Through this work, we transform erasure into presence, reclaiming the language of concealment and asking viewers to confront the truths hidden in plain sight.
